I was extremely pleased with the overall process and results achieved from our time with IDS. We have grown so much over the last few years that we were running into issues we had never encountered previously. We now have a renewed confidence in how we are handling the day to day. This is directly attributable to all the hard work Elizabeth and her team put in with us.
